just jot ripped offed for 500 dollars on a fueling issue really 3 trips for service to find contaminated gas after finding dirt in the carb they delivered the mower back the 2nd time without checking the tank and had nerve to charge for premature delivery john deere never again this rating scale does not go low enough

If you live in the area, get your tractor here. I say this for one main reason: these guys, especially the head mechanic (Joe), know how to diagnosis tractor problems and help you get it running. If it is a minor problem, they will advise you on how to get it going on your own and sell you the parts. They have done this for me many times. As a result, my tractor is still kicking after 12 years!

Ask very specific questions about cost and expected time of repair if your John Deere equipment is going to be serviced. Work is done on a first-come, first-served basis and there is NO information given about how many customers are already waiting. There are no status updates provided by the Service Department; during the busy spring season, it is very likely that your tractor or mower will sit at Gladhill for an entire week without being touched by a technician.

The for-fee pickup and delivery service is very convenient; however, the truck that arrived ran out of gas in our driveway. Fortunately, the driver had a gas can; unfortunately, the nozzle had some difficulty reaching the gas cap under the bed and required a creative fix. Happily, the gas-soaked cardboard went out with the next day's trash.

The tractor had been serviced satisfactorily at Gladhill for years, but this 2012 season seems to be causing the staff at Gladhill more problems than ever before.
