Very unfriendly. We normally go to a bike shop up the street to do rentals, but this year they were really busy and the rentals had all been sold out. We went to this business because it was close. From the moment we walked in we could tell that this was going to be a rough experience. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and too busy talking among themselves to really help us. After we purchased the rentals, we stood in the back waiting for someone to give us bikes for over 15 minutes.

Once we get to the top of the creeper trail, 2 of our bikes chains came off, and on one of them it got stuck completely. The driver didn't have the tools needed to fix it, but he did have a spare, which was too small for me, as I am 6'2". Halfway down the trail, someone in our group had a flat tire, and had to run the bike down the mountain 3 miles to the nearest cafe because he wanted to keep the integrity of the bike.

Once we got down to the store, they had closed up. Which seems unprofessional.
We called the next day to give some feedback and to ask for a refund on one bike because of our trouble, only to be talked over and explained to us thats it's not their fault. I even talked to the owner, and he was completely unprofessional. I could here him yelling over the phone once he handed it off to someone to give us a refund.

I will not be visiting this establishment. Do not expect any customer service, or southern hospitality from this place. There are many other bike shops within walking distance that have built a solid customer base and have a great reputation.
