The Noonan Team is a unique real estate consultancy founded in 2006 and developed by husband and wife entrepreneurs, Shawn and Helena Noonan, in response to the market conditions that precipitated the collapse of the real estate and �nancial markets in 2007.During this time, they developed customized strategies for banks and hedge funds to help them sell the high numbers of foreclosed properties that had suddenly hit the market. They leveraged that experience when they made a return to the traditional coastal markets after Real Estate began making a comeback in 2012. Their varied entrepreneurial backgrounds have ranged from fashion design to healthcare and have given them a unique insight into the traditional approach to real marketing.
