Horrible experience! Furniture in the showroom is beautiful. I purchased a mattress. The sales associate asked if I would tip the delivery people $15 to remove the old mattress (?) then the manager said free removal. OK then I get a call saying the mattress will be delivered Saturday between 1-5PM. At 4:30 no mattress, so I called to make sure - was told they were running 1/2 hour late. At 6:30 I called again - said I wanted to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting. Manager said they will be there in 5 minutes and said he would refund the $149.90 delivery fee (yes they charge 10% of your purchase price to deliver!!). At 7PM the mattress was delivered. Monday morning I had a $77.00 credit on my bank account. I had to drive to the store to resolve the rest of the refund for the delivery change. I'm way too busy to deal with incompetence, I will not shop there again.
