Decided to try this place because my original one was closed for vacation. Made an appointment but still had to wait. The woman who did my nails wasn't thorough but figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. Within 24 hours my nail broke and I called and let them know I'll be over at a certain time to get it fixed. When I got there they gave me an attitude and said they will only have room to fit me in 3 hours. That's not how you treat clients. They're not professional and I will definitely not be coming back.

I made an appt for a service that takes 1 hour. I arrived and they said they were running an hour late. I was upset since they failed to reach out to me and let me know. The worse part is that they were upset at me because they couldn't understand why I was so upset.... poor customer service. Nail technician Jessi does good work but her attitude is absolutley the worse. Will never go there again.

While one manicurist is very good

They never keep your appointment on time

Then they give you an attitude that you don't understand why waiting over 30 minutes for an appointment should bother you this happens repeatedily they never apologize
