I pay over 17000$ for dental implants and being ther sense for fixing problems is not right now i have to go emergency room in hospital because they unprofessional skills and fill for court

Dr. Golnar khalili is very professional , kind I feel comfortable with her . I really trust her work very much .

This review has been a long time coming, but I'm just getting around to it! I've been a patient of Dr. Ratna for about a year, and I can't say enough great things about him and the rest of the staff at New England Dental.



My first visit her was a routine check up and cleaning and established that a filling from a different dentist needed to be redone as it was causing me a lot of pain. They took me in that same day as the last appointment in which the dentist stayed extra time just for me.



The office is full of integrity and honest staff members who don't push you to do any unnecessary procedures just to get more money. I completely trust the doctors in this office.



I am very glad I found this dental office and I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

i went to this office earlier this year 2015,and got 6 porcelain veneers done,at which time i was told i should have a intentional rout canal done on one tooth after she filed the tooth down to much to the nerve,having never had a rout canal done before,the procedure was not explained to me and the tooth she did turned black and taste like rot in my mouth and the dentist still placed the veneer over it without telling me so the veneer itself is now darker than all the others and taste like rot in my mouth,i asked her about it and the office manager was supposed to look into helping me replace it,and guess what?never got a return call ever back from them after calling their office a couple more times about it and getting avoided i gave up,since then i have moved to another state and went to a real dentist who says the tooth will have to totally be replaced along with the veneer costing thousands.

I called to make a make an appointment to see an orthodontist as my son needed braces. The receptionist took my info as well as my Dental Insurance information to set up a consultation with the orthodontist. She than said they would give us a comprehensive dental exam that is normally $75 but our insurance would probably pay for it. I declined as I feel my insurance company would not allow for more x-rays in a short period of time. She said she would call my insurance company to see. She was very persistent about this exam. She set an appointment for the following week for his orthodontic consultation. I received a phone call the day of the appointment asking me for my insurance info, current dentist, etc. I advised we did this last week. She said she didn't have it and that she needed that to set up an appointment for the orthodontist. I advised we had an appointment this evening. She said he had an appointment for a comprehensive dental exam only this evening. I let her know I was VERY CLEAR that he was coming in for a consultation for the orthodontist when appointment was made. I told her I just think it's best I go elsewhere as I can see this will just all go downhill from here. She tried to still set appointment but I would not and call ended. I than received a 2nd call from someone else confirming my comprehensive dental exam within minutes. I explained the same story to this person and told him I am definitely not interested. He went on and on about how great the orthodontist is. I let him know I will not go there no matter how good he is and call ended. 2 minutes later the phone rings again, their # on the caller ID. Seriously, stop stalking!! I don't know what kind of scam they are trying to run but I want no part of it. Soooooo unprofessional!

These people suck do not go there Danbury or Brookfield office, they are uncaring and have no idea what you are going through and will not work with you in the slightest. They secretaries act like they don't give a s""" if you go there or not. And it is so filthy, if you don't believe me go look at the lights they hang over your mouth and you will see the dried smeared spit stains

Went for the first time and the women were so rude. I went solely for a consultation and the female dentist and her assistant were not one bit friendly. They seemed annoyed having to even see me and it was only a Wednesday at 10 am. The receptionist was even worse, at one point she even told me I must have heard wrong and waved a paper at me. I felt so disrespected I had to go back inside to cancel my next appointment and tell them how they made me feel. Do not come here, it is a beautiful office with a qualified staff but I want to have doctors that are kind just as they are knowledgeable. It doesn't take a lot to crack a smile (no pun intended).

The men talk disrespectfully to women if she (questionably) says something incorrect. The dental care is excellent! The staff are otherwise polite and pleasant. Excellent patient teaching. Relaxed atmosphere.

This group of dentist are very good. they have office in brookfield and danbury. i personally took my kids there. they are very nice. staff is very polite. keep it up guys

Don't go here. They kept my daughter and I waiting for over two hours in the waiting room. When they brought us to an exam room it took another half hour wait! Then to top it off it took 5 tries for the anesthesiologist to put in the iv successfully. I will be searching for another orthodontist
