Provided by YP.comThis company was hired to install a new HVAC system. They installed a cheap system although they charged a premium price for it. It included outdated air handlers that don't work properly. The duct work leaks and they refuse to stand by their work or products. The installers are hard working but the salesman and owner don't have the slightest idea of customer service. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
To whom this may concern, if this is a true complaint, I have not been contacted, nor know of any such issues as stated. If you are not a competitor trying to smear our good name, then please contact me as soon as possible.

Provided by YP.comWe had this company to our new home and could not have been happier with their professionalism. The service techs worked very neatly and were very thorough and respectful. I would definitely recommend to my friends and coworkers!

our new Hydro-air system and we are absolutely delighted with their service and the system.
This is a class "A" company, and they service everything they install. We highly recomend their service if you are in the market to upgrade or switch to central air conditioning and heating to the new Hydro-air system.

Provided by YP.comBE WARNED!!!!! This company is unscrupulous!! Had them out numerous times to try and fix my Lennox Heating/Cooling system. They would replace parts saying it would fix the problem but within a short time of them leaving and getting paid the problem would reoccur. They would then return and insist on replacing different parts. When asked for a refund for the previously replaced parts they said sorry cant do that. We cant take the part out and put back the old ones. Last time they were here they said I needed to replace over $800 of parts to fix the problem after spending thousands. I told them enough is enough I want a refund. Instead they charge a $133 visit fee AGAIN. I refused to pay so now they trying to send me for collection. They are either completely INCOMPETENT or completely IMMORAL. Either way I will never do business with them again. To add insult to injury, I found another company to help they fixed the problem for $200. I've never had a problem since and I never replaced the $800 of parts Preferred Air said I need to.

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY! I bought a new house and inherited this company from the builder. I called them recently because we had no heat in our basement, they came out, spent a few hours, proclaimed it fixed...except it wasn't. I called again and was told that I am not a customer because I have not signed a $2,085 annual service contract. (I was waiting to see if I liked them enough to lock myself in, guess I have my answer). So essentially even with no heat in the basement, because I have not locked myself in to their company for a year, I am "not a priority" and can wait over a week for service. But if I sign an exorbitantly expensive contract, I can get service. Poor business model. Zach (their office manager/scheduler is so rude that I told him based on my conversation with him, I would not WANT to be come a customer. I also called the owner of the company and left a message but never heard back. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
