We went for breakfast this morning while waiting for our hotel check in. We decided to pick this Ihop as it was not too far from where we are staying. As we started to eat a medium size roach came out from the wall our backs were leaning on as our table was part booth. One of the employees grabbed it with a napkin and apologized. Shortly after, the manager came to apologize. A few minutes later another roach came out from the same wall. We grabbed it with a napkin and gave it to another staff member. Didn't hear from the manager on this incident. We quickly asked for the check and left. We did not ask for a discount or did not continue to complain on our way out as its not how we behave. If this is happening during day light I can't imagine what goes on at night. The kitchen must be infested if these roaches are coming out of the walls! Disgusting to say the least! I will be putting a complaint with the health department as well. Clearly the staff is aware. Who are the owners? What is going into the food we're being fed? This is an old franchise and this particular location is run down. Unacceptable! Take care of your customers and clean your kitchen and restaurant!
