Terrible customer service. I bought a starter from them/him. Shattered within a month. Sent pictures of the damage. I was told I must be lying about what happened. He agreed to take it back. I sent it back, then couldn't get hold of him. He finally replied 2 weeks after receiving it and said the damage wasn't warrantied. I reminded him he had already said it was. Then he said I had sent it back beyond the 30 day limit. I reminded him I was never told of a limit and that I had already told him I was out on an extended sailing trip. His reply was simply a link to their return policy. It was then clear he never had any intention of honouring the warranty and will most likely repair the damage on my starter and just resell. Double profit for him, and I'm out $200. \nThey look like a large, professional company. They're not. He's a one man show. If you have any issue, don't expect it to be resolved. The owner/sales manager is extremely arrogant and doesn't understand customer service.
