I stopped by Envy Salon this Monday, after my son had an absolutely horrible haircut in downtown Charleston. He had school pictures the next day and his hair looked like I cut it with one hand behind my back and a blindfold on. When I walked into the salon, it was clear that they were not open. Dina and Wendy were so hospitable. They said they would be able to help and made us feel very comfortable. Wendy started working around the mess that was left by the downtown stylist and turned my son's hair into a great haircut! My son and I were extremely happy with the end result. More importantly, my wife could not have been happier with the transformation. To top it off, we were not charged a cent! They just wanted to help and were not interested in being paid for their time. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants an unparalleled level of customer service and expertise. Bravo to a job well done. I know where my family is having haircuts from now on.
