During a scheduled appt my friend the bride was getting more help from a 9 year old than her consultant. Well that is when SUE ELLEN saved the day. She went out of her way to make sure all of the bride's needs were not only met but she treated the bride as she was a bride not just a $ sign for her or her employer. SUE ELLEN was honest,sincere,insightful and genuine to all of us there supporting the bride. Mind you SUE ELLEN still assisted her own consultations with the exact same impeccable service and still reached out to us. ThankS SUE ELLEN for stepping up when your co worker did not. It amazed us the professional respect you showed to her by including her and the way you lead by example. Thank you so much

Lacks customer service

As if a being a bride isn't stressful enough the lady at the counter was rude after I had just traveled 2 hours out of my way...not a pleasant experience.
