The place is beautiful but the service is okay for the price. We were not informed about our 1/2 day spa. No information was given to us about what to expect. We were at the spa for 6 hours (9:30am until 3:30pm)and no one on their staff thought to asked if we wanted to plan a lunch break when the spa planned our spa day. Have your manicure before your pedicure so your fingernails will dry before you leave the spa. Again, poor planning from the staff at the spa. We both left with smudged fingernails. When we were ending our visit the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. We were not informed(not stated in brochure) that you are not allowed to tip with a credit card. We had to leave and go to the bank to get cash and come back. OVERALL RATING......Good. But remember to ask a lot of questions when scheduling appointments especially for a 1/2 day or day of beauty to include a break for lunch and to have your manicure scheduled before your pedicure. Bring cash to tip.

I had a facial with Kim, she was the most caring, kind and honest professional, not to mention the great massage she gives with a facial!
