When I signed up for this storage space in December I was specfically told that they don't keep your credit card info on file and I woul have to pay the 1st of every month. So January 2nd I called and gave my cc# and all was fine. February 1 I do the same thing and then I look at my bank transactions and I see that I have been charged twice. I spend a week calling/emailing to get the extra charge removed. They then tell me that it was MY FAULT, as I was signed up for automatic payments. I NEVER signed up for this and if that was the case why was I not double charged in January too. They don't seem to want to refund my money in timely fashion and seem remiss that I don't want to apply this charge to next month. I find it odd that there are ZERO reviews on this place anywhere. Buyer BEWARE. I won't use this place again.
