Expensive, rude, self-important and does not stand by her work. She totally ruined the bustle on my daughter's wedding dress, and refused to fix it, leaving her with no option but to live with it less than a week before her wedding. The dress ended up hanging on the ground even after bustling. My daughter stepped on the train during dancing and ripped the lace. In addition, Virginia left good reviews for herself under a false name in order to "fix" opinions on the matter.
