Wonderful Experience! They were upfront and answered all of my questions. The installers were very fast and friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storm shelter.

Everyone was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish. The shelter is of great quality and will bring peace of mind during severe weather.

Despite what another reviewer claimed, I witnessed my shelter being manufactured and saw them fabricating a massive shelter that looked like it could have protected hundreds of people. I am sure they would be glad to let others see their manufacturing facility if you have any doubts. I have seen and heard about this company for decades, and we finally decided to get our own shelter after a big tornado hit too close to home. We were VERY happy with the customer service, and the install and quality of our shelter is top-notch.

We recommend them to everyone, we shopped for years, but finally chose stormshelter.com based on price, service, and maintenance.

I'm sure they sell great storm shelters so I will not fault them there. But if you have an option to purchase from a different company then I would. There service after the installation is very poor. I think a company should stand behind the products they sell.
