their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!! i received an e-mail 2 weeks ago that my order had shipped yet there was no tracking number attached and they are so prepared to screw an order that they don't put their phone number on their web site. needless to say i still have not received my order, yet they have received and processed payment.
