Nightmare of an experience: the office manager/receptionist is one of the most thoughtless, uncaring, nasty, cruel, and avaricious people you may hope never to meet. The doctor has grown callous along with this monstrosity of a "human being". Should be called Careless and So Very Heartless.

No experience cannot even make an appointment for a cat that belongs to my adult son. Receptionist said they have to have my son make the appointment since it is his cat, I tried to explain I do all the care, vet appointments, etc and she cut me off said that is their policy. So needless to say will never recommend this vet clinic which is sad as I knew Dr. Connie personally from coursing days. How unfortunate for her business.
