So I went in looking for jewelry and the lady who has been working there for YEARS wouldn't even help me find what I needed when I obviously was having trouble. They didn't have the right sized jewelry so I thought I would try a different size. Even when I told her I needed a smaller size she wasn't willing to help me look through the jewelry. So I paid the outrageous price that they charge, only to have it not fit. I know you can't return body jewelry so I just went back in to find a different one. I came back and asked if I could look through the jewelry case and she completely ignored me. All I needed was for he to unlock it. I picked out a smaller piece from their selection which is hardly anything. So I paid over $20 for cheap bendable metal and crappy service. Not to mention she isn't very friendly. You would think she would be pretty knowledgable since I've seen her working there for well over probably 10 years.
