Colonial Manor refuses to accept my mother into their 24 hour care. It's not a matter of payment, they refuse to help her because they consider her long term care, they say she has too many problems. If this is the case then why are they still considered a nursing home. Why would this facility turn down someone in need. The staff I spoke with are very rude and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have beds in their facility for long term care that are open, so it's not a matter of finding a bed for her.
