I couldn't give the "Selection" 5 Stars since I have never been to the store. However, the "Service" is a Definite 5 Star! I had to get a replacement waterbed mattress and liner several years ago and Darrell's Waterbeds drained my old mattress, took it and the old liner to his van then installed the new Liner and Mattress.
I had to get a new Heater a couple years before that so did not get one with new mattress and liner. Maybe I should have since that heater has died. The thermostat control works but the water is cooling off, not staying warm. I called and got a new heater on order and should be here in a couple days at most
