the orders are messed up and no one does anything it just happens over and over It says to give a star so i had to give 1 or i wouldnt have

This tacobell is great! Everyones always really nice and if the food take a little longer than usual they atleast take the time to apologize! Great food an great people :)

Every trip I've ever made to this store has been a mistake the employees are always extremely rude to the customer and each others. The service is slow than any other restaurant that serves 'fast food' and my order is ALWAYS messed up. I will not be returning to this location. No one here knows what work ethics are. Such a disappointment for this company.

The Gilbert street Taco Bell is a great place to stop for lunch. I go there 5 days a week during lunch time. The location is great. I can get there, eat and get back to work in 30 minutes. The workers are nice to the customers and I see lots of people who come in frequently also. That tells me I'm not the only one who likes it.

I have to agree I was just there the other day and the employees were very polite! It is located near a residential area where we visit friends so it is conveniently located right off of Interstate 74. I will definitely be back and thanks for the GREAT! service.

The South Gilbert Taco Bell in Danville IL has got to be the best one I've ever been to lately. The employees never act like a customer is a burden. The food is always great and fresh with superior service. The managers (especially the General Manager) always go out of their way to smile and wave to the customers. I have always seen this Taco Bell clean...inside and out. I will most certainly be a repeat customer!
