Staff is very unfriendly, and this business is always overpriced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Disappointed in all aspects.

I had a great experience with this business! I decided to go through Carols Boutique for my senior prom last year. It was a very clean esablishment and the employess were very curtious and considerate of my opinions concerning my dress, shoe, and accessory choices. Upon my purchases, I also had alterations to my $600 dress done and my shoes dyed. Everything was a breeze and I couldnt have asked for better service and shipping/delivery serice was a snap. Although some merchandise I purchases was not cheap per say, I bought everything at a fair price (no over-charging). The only thing I was not happy about was the lack of space and organization. During prom season it was super ccrowded and its hard to share a 5 person space with 10 people.
