Originally called for water leak from furnace - seemed as though the condensate line was blocked and pump would not work. He was present for 5 minutes, spent no time discussing the issue. He switched out the condensate pump and charged $150 ($85 for time and $70 for pump). Within 1-2 weeks, continued to have leak even during winter - again appeared was line not originally fixed. Upon returning, spent 5 minutes, again did not obtain any significant history, blew through the line and charged another $85 - the problem we thought it was from the beginning. Frankly, we do not feel he adressed the problem from the start. Another HVAC company came between the two visits for a 2nd opinion. He agreed the problem was never fully fixed, did not charge us, and referred back to Jordan's as should "fix for free." Jordan's spent no time to understanding the problem thus inadequately fixing it. He disregarded our displeasure of customer service, diagnosis, time spent, and double billing. AVOID.

They would not come to fix the pipes and heater at my grandmother's home. We called a little after 4. They said they only do that for regular customers. That is a very poor attitude to have. I don't think we will ever ask for their services again.

Call ANYONE before these people. I requested that they snake the main drain in my rentals bathroom. The guy walked in and announced that he can't snake a sewer line then left after 1 min- it took an extra day to get a real plumber. THEN they billed me $75 for a "service call". The woman in the office had an outrageous attitude when I called to question the bill.
