Provided by YP.comToday is the THIRD week in a row my appointment has been cancelled for vague reasons. Received phone call the first time the day of, second time no phone call showed up doors were locked and received a phone call yesterday for today's appointment. The saddest part of all of this is it is an initial consultation and I only have one day off a week. Very disappointed. I had to give one star because there were no negative stars....
