I have used this company before for minor Lawn Tractor repairs. They charged me over $60 to pick up my mower!! Then just to clean out my carburetor, they charged me an additional $95!!
Last week I used them again just to replace a belt that engages the cutting blades!! Again $60 pickup and $96 to replace the belt ($18 Shipping fee).
My main problem is when they returned my Lawn Tractor, the son of the owner informed me that they damaged the hood and tried to repair it.
I was thankful that he was honest about the damage but I really took care of the body of the mower (kept it clean after each use).
I requested that he reduce the price of the repair by $75 to allow for the damage but I checked on a Replacement Hood and the cost (without labor) is $106 and change.
Also, I called him after he had left to in form him that when he departed in his truck (with a trailer attached), he tore up parts of my yard. He must have been mad that I requested a credit dor the damaged hood.
As of today 5.3/2017 he has not re tuned my call!!!
I am truly disappointed!!!
