Stratford House is the worst, if you have a loved one that needs rehabilitation or nursing care. Run as fast as you can from this place, it's the worst. My mom was there,and when she needed help to the facilities, they'd ignore her. Mom would hit the nurse's button and someone would come in to turn it off, and return sometimes over an hour later. My mom had accidents several times because no-one would just help her to the facilities in a timely manner.

She was only there to recover from a broken hip, and could use the facilities. However, she did need assistance getting there, and the employees would wait forever to help.

When a person is just there for a broken hip, and only needs help with moving I'm at a loss for words.

How must they treat the other patients?
