I went in the Danville VA location and after asking a question or two(I was the only person in line the whole time I was there), I ordered a BBQ plate. I specifically asked did this plate come with hush puppies and the girl said yes. It had been a while since I ate there because my last experience was bad and I told the girl this at the register. I only waited maybe 45 seconds as for my food which was nice and put it in a bag and left. I get home and there's hardly any sauce at all on the BBQ luckily I had some Texas Pete here. I had zero hush puppies in my order the fries were soggy and minimal to say the least. There is nothing good I can say about the visit except the service was okay. Isn't someone supposed to check the orders? I'll know to do that if I ever go back. I tried calling the number on the website and the number in Yellow Pages and I get what sounds like the fax machine buzzing. I tried to go to the official cookout website and there is no way on there to get a number or to complain. I just wanted a good meal, hadn't been there in a while, and this shows why. I don't expect gourmet food or service for the price but at least get the order right next time please IF there is a next time
