They lost 10 of my high quality dress shirts and the site manager and the assistant manager both totally blew me off. I gave the head manager my phone number and he never called me back after he said he would check the entire store. I then called the assistant manager and tried to enlist her help. She said she remembered seeing at least one of the shirts in the back (because of the company logo on the shirt) of the store and she never got back to me. The help there seems to change a lot and they have terrible customer service and follow up. COUNT YOUR SHIRTS, there are pretty inept. I now take my shirts to a local mom and pop shop
