I have never liked any of kool smiles dentist until Dr.Darensburg came to Danville, VA if it wasn't for him coming here I would have switched dentistrys! Dr.Darensburg is who kept me here he is by far the best dentist I have ever seen!

I have been to Kool Smiles for all my extractions. I've had 7 teeth extracted in total with two doctors performing these procedures in three separate sessions. My experiences have all been excellent from the greeting to the procedure to the prescribing of pain killers and antibiotics. I would recommend Kool Smiles to anyone who needs work done on their teeth.

I absolutely love cool smiles in Danville. Because of Dr. K and Deidre Glass my daughter no longer has a fear of going to get dental work completed. I have so much respect and appreciation as to how kind, understanding & compassionate they both work towards my seven-year-old. I highly recommend Kool Smiles to anyone who asked Anne to some who don't lol. Thank you to Kool Smiles & Dr K & Deidra for making all future dental appointments enjoyable.

They were able to see my granddaughter right away and bring her back in just a few days to finish. I only have her a limited time so that was convenient.

My husband and I had cleaning appointments and the front office staff went above and beyond to get our insurance worked out and the clinical staff did amazing with our cleanings

Always a good exp. They are really good with kids and we are in and out quickly. They also are good about making the appointment days/times convenient for us so my kids don't have to miss too much school.

Appointment was at 4:15 they didn't call her back till after 5. Staff just talked and didn't even acknowledge us I got home at 6 from just a check up

This is my second time dealing with a kool smiles. The first time was back at my home town. They can never get filing with my insurance right. Not even after telling them several times. There are no pediatric dentist close to where I live so I had to travel to this kool smiles where the nurses had horrible attitudes and have me aboard time about having to go back with my children. I ended up arguing with 2 of them. The hygienist was not very patient or friendly with my 6 yr old. There's kids sitting long periods of time alone in chairs waiting on the dentist. And then I was told my daughter has cavities no other places but on top of her sealants? Makes no sense and I plan to get a second opinion. They have my 6 ur olds mouth looking like a robot because they are silver cap happy. I've never in my life seen such junk. I would not choose to go here at all other than the fact we need the nitrous gas. As soon as I can find somewhere else I won't be using kool smiles again.

My kids and I love this place. They have Saturday appointments and they get all 5 of my kids in at the same time. This place is awesome!

This office is awesome! My kids recently came here for a cleaning and they loved the hygienist and doctors. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well! I recommend all my family and friends to this location all the time.

The lady who checks you in was rude. Had a bad additude! The other lady was nice. But the lady behind the desk is the reason im switchint
