Yesterday I had a prescription filled with Commonwealth Pharmacy on Executive Drive here in Danville. I came home and counted the number of pills in the bottle, 5 times. The count revealed a 2 pill discrepancy. It should have been 100. I then phoned the pharmacy and spoke with Mr. Steve Jones. I let him know what happened and he put me on hold. When he came back to the call he let me know that the product came straight from the manufacturers sealed bottle that contained 100 pills.



Anyway he did not believe what I was saying and I explained to him what my circumstances were. I am a patient of a Pain Management clinic. If I go in and they count my pills and I do not have what I should have, I could be in serious trouble. He discounted what I was saying and I feel that he discriminated against me based only on what the prescription was...pain medication.



I guess everyone who needs this medication to him is no less a "junkie" and a liar. It does not matter why this person was placed on this medication and that it actually is a medication that assist people to function when without could not because of excruciating pain.



I guess I need to apologize to Mr. Jones for offending him and insinuating that his staff or the manufacturer could have made a mistake.
