today right at closing time. I was in the midst of a family emergency, and Fixit Spot was very sympathetic and helpful in trying find a solution. After a few minutes, he told me he could fix the screen in 15 minutes.

Came in to replace screen glass and the tech noticed it wasn't actual screen cracked just the tempered glass. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation but he was super cool and gave a good deal on a new tempered glass.

I have had my iPhone 6 & (just recently) my iPad screens repaired here. I'm super clumsy. Both times they did an amazing job!

Nothing personal, but I hope NOT to be back!

Charged us $100.00 to fix a cracked iPad screen. Now the screen is fixed but the device no longer works. Brought it back. They kept it for a month. We kept calling and stopping by the store. Finally, he said they can't fix it. Asked if I could have my $100.00 back. Put us off for a couple of weeks more finally said "No, we must be paid for our time!"
