My name is Rhonda Jones and I was in your store on Wednesday December 16, 2015 to purchase accessories for my sons dirt bike. I wanted to let you no that from the time I stepped through your front doors till I was leaving I was greeted with excellent service. We have done business with you for years and will continue. Thank you.

I called a few weeks ago talked to a lady named Stacy sounded like she was at home cause I could hear kids in the back ground yelling and was no help at all. I was looking for a motorcycle so I decided to drive in and talk to someone who could help me and found very rude staff Left the store and basically went to A & B cycle in Mobile AL and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. thanks but no thanks don't waste your time at Halls Motorsports

went in to buy 4 wheeler 7 salesmen standing around nomore customers in entire store. had blanck check from bank thought this would be great experience all i had to do was pickout which one i liked. after the salesman i was working with was looking something up 4 me the sale mamager name rob came to me asking personal questions how old are your kids.and i told him 14 and 19. so after that he went over to my salesman told him not to sell me a 4wheeler because i had a kid 14 WTH. then got smart with me as i proceeded to walk out telling them i will spend my money somewhere else and dont forget the store is empty no customers to be found. lol so i went to jerry in saraland al lawn and garden bought a polaris 4 wheeler great place great staff

I have tried this place plenty of times. Even bought a brand new bike there. Felt ripped off by the service area when I tried to have them do basic work on my atv. I payed $100 for a "mandatory inspection" before they did the work I asked them to do. I was furious and took the ATV home without them fixing anything. Spoke with the manager later about the problem. He chose to keep my $100. I am not sure what they did because after the "inspection" the airlifted was completely disconnected from the frame and carb. Which caused my exhaust to melt the air filter. Now I am looking for a new air filter. Months later, I tried to get a tube for my bike. Felt like the guy behind the service counter with a pony tail was totally bothered by my presence. Last time I try that place. I would rather hire a small engine repair guy off craig's list.

I agree with the other gentleman in reference to the service dept., who wrote STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unfortunately we didn't read his warning until now, as my son-in-law dropped off his Yamaha 4-wheeler to have work done on it. After 2 weeks they called and said it was ready, he paid the $340+ dollars as invoiced for parts and labor and went out to the lot to load it up. He discovered that none of the work had been completed and advised the service manager of that. They inspected it and found that they were in fact lying to him and were going to let him take it and hopefully discover at a later time the work hadn't been done. The police were called and they refunded his $340+. I for one will make sure that all my friends and family are aware of this attempted fraudulent act. This place is a Joke....Don't waste your time trying to make a bike purchase...

Took my jetski to Halls in Daphne because i could not get it working on a consistent basis. They told me that i needed a new engine. However I still was able to get it running here and there. I took it to another mechanic and they indicated that it was just the carborator and that it needed to be cleaned. I think Halls was just trying to get money out of me. I saved $2200 going somewhere else and will never use them again.

On Friday April 6,2012, about 1:30 PM while traveling on I-10 to Florida, We had blow out on our rear tire just west of Mobile. We called information and contacted Hall's Motorsports and they came and picked up cycle and us and replaced tire that afternoon and got us on our way in about 5 hours. They stayed late to complete the job. I cannot express how hospitable and professional they were. My cycle had a recall and they took care of that also. They could have really gouged us on the cost of the repair, but their cost was extremely competive with my previous cost of tires. the thing that really impressed me was their attitude. they were friendly and treated us as if we had been long time friends. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for anything!!!
