I moved into a home with a home logic system. I called to ask why the control panel was not powered and ask about monitoring options. The woman I spoke to kindly offered to send someone out to look at the panel and discuss options available for monitoring. The gentleman was nice and explained what monitoring options I had and what additional options I could have installed. He connected the panel to the battery. A couple of weeks later was charged $99.00

I called and asked about the charge since they volunteered to send someone to give me options for service. The woman said she didn't know anything about it but would speak with the owner. She never called back. I received another bill. They said if I sign up for service they would wave the bill. I left a message I have the owner call me. I never received a call. Their system may be good but their business practices are those if someone I do not want to be involved with. I will call a different company for monitoring.

Home Logic has put in a system on my home that is state of the art over 65,000 and I wanted to let everybody know how happy I am, working with Chad, Shawn, Ken and the owner Dwayne and even the Secretary they are great. I am very happy with the Control4 security system and the service there after. I recommend Home Logic to everyone. K. Cowart
