This Is in regards to the letter above this one, I just want to let everyone no that LakeForest Is under new management and staff and there are also new owners. The apartments are being re-done at the present time and are turning out to be very nice. This Is a great community and a great apartment complex with great move-in specials and very reasonable prices. Come take a look for yourself, we are turning over a new leaf*

Lake Forest APT. is NOT the place to live. The manager Carolyn Phillips and staffs is unprofessional and does not care to fix anything wrong in your apartment. As a matter of fact, she told me to leave, after 3 months of complaints to fix mold and water leakage in my bathroom ceiling, was told that the bath tub was new and is now peeling off paint, there is a hug cut out drywall in my hallway that is gone and all you see is pipes, there are holes in my bathroom, the doors in my hallway are not hung and was left out, blinds for patio doors do not work, burners on stove does not work, water is always running in both bathrooms in tub and vanity sink, there is no screen doors on patio door, fence around patio is broken and needs to be replace, and mail lock box was broken, therefore anyone had access to all my mail for the last 3mth, and was not given a key to mailbox. ( oh, did I mention, I was put in that unit in that condition and was promise it was going to be taken care of within the week. ) Again I was told to leave by manager Carolyn Phillips if I did not like the way she handle business. Lake Forest APTS. is dishonest, very unprofessional and also does not care about your safety or the lease agreement.

****TAKE ME SURIOUS WHEN I SAY THIS; YOU WILL BE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AND FAMILY AT RISK LIVING THERE.*** I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT WANT TO SEE IT HAPPEN TO ANY ONE ELSE. YOU MAY NOT BE AS FOURTUNATE AS I WAS...............ON DECEMBER 27TH @ 3:30AM IN THE MORNING THERE WAS A FIRE THAT BROKE OUT IN A VACANT UNIT SAME BUILDING I WAS IN, LUCKLY I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO SEE IT AND ESCAPED.



-ALL their buildings needs MAJOR repairing not just in my unit, Lake Forest Apts. needs to bring their building up to code and comply to the laws of our safety and lease agreements.



There is NO EXCUSE for this.
