Thanks for the fast service and repairing our grinder pump problem.

Wes was so much help. Our sewage overflow light was on and the tank was full. The way people operate today they would have just quoted me a new pump which runs around $2000. Once the water was drained you could see the floats were wrapped around the pipe and causing the pump not to kick on. Again, how easy would it be to say "see the pumps not working", but instead doubled checked the pump while the water was out and untangled the floats. A $2000 repair turned into more of a $300 repair thanks to a company that operates with honesty and integrity which you don't see much anymore. I hope this helps someone when they are trying to make a decision on who to use! $300 or $2000 at least you will get honesty on what you really need. Thanks again Wes!!

We were expecting a huge ordeal, but Wes told us we could save more than half what we expected to pay by repairing the water heating instead of replacing it. He fixed it in an hour and was very nice and very clean and saved us a lot of money! Really good business.
