The ER operator/nurse was extremely rude with me when I called to explain that my father was on his way to the ER and I was going to simply request that I be notified of his condition upon his arrival. He did not let me get two words out of my mouth and said I would have to call the patient, who is unresponsive, on his cell phone because the could not give out info over the phone. All I wanted to do was request to be notified and he wouldn't listen to me. He then hung up on me! He was very rude, unprofessional, and not compassionate whatsoever! He needs to be relived of his job immediately. This happened on 2/1/2019 @ 9:30pm.

Awful, couldn't wait to get our family member out of there.
