Very dissatisfied

In 4/10 I purchased a custom made door from Ignite Fireside. installation began in the summer. The installation was botched as mortar fell out long before I even had a fire. Ignite reps came out several times and finally concluded the mortar was either an inferior batch or improperly mixed. They ended up tearing out the entire door and started over. The mortar held for one season and began to fall out in early winter of 2012. When I called Ignite in Jan. I was told they would not cover the expense as it was considered an "extended warranty." I reminded them that the purchase was in the spring and the mortar only held up for one season. The response was that it could be my fault. They did not offer to inspect the fireplace but only told me they would send their repairman and charge me $149. Ignite does not stand by their work and little wonder as it is inferior. It seems to me that once they had my money they wanted nothing more to do with me, except get more money.
