Walked in for a slice...was told that the days special was sausage, pepperoni, and cheese. That sounded perfect. Got home and found cheese, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and 1 piece of pepperoni. Called to complain about what I received and they hung up on me. Last visit here!!!

I just had the most unpleasant dealing with Jets pizza in Darien. A week or two ago a client came into our studio and gave us 4 free pizza cards for jets. These cards were for only this location and had no stated restrictions on them. Tonight we decided to give the place a try and had our apprentice go to use these coupons. What unfolded next was one of the most unprofessional experiences we have ever had. Our crew member that went to pick up the pizzas was met with the worst attitude, was accused of stealing the free pizza cards and was forced to leave with the store manager threading to call the police on him. This was then followed by the store owner calling us and swearing at me on the phone, he again accused us of stealing and was also one of the rudest people we have had to deal with on a phone call. We find it very sad that a business would treat its customers in this fashion. My suggestion is to not eat at jets and sprend your money at a pizza place that appreciates the consumer and doesn't treat them in such a poor manner. He also threatened us that he would leave false and negative reviews online if we spoke up about this ordeal along with him saying he " don't give a F*#k about the Darien chamber of commerce" when we told him we will let them know about this dealing. Feel free to call the owner of jets Darien at 815-224-2150 and let him know you don't want eat food from an establishment who is rude and let them know it is unexceptable to treat people in this manor.

The pizza should be cheaper, Little Ceasers is much better and half the price. They say you get what you pay for, well that saying is wrong in this case. No good.
