We’ve used this company before, no issues. Somehow for 2020 the ball was dropped several times both with my taxes and those of my parents. 7 months later the taxes have still not even been filed. We paid them right away and they won’t submit them. Not sure why. Can’t even get ahold of anyone over there anymore. It’s ridiculous because my parents really could have used the money. I’ll have to look for alternative services and redo 2020 late filling I guess. Worst accounting firm ever.
