Provided by YP.comOh my god. I went there today as a first time client, due to the good reviews on here. when i called for an appointment I let the receptionist pick my stylist. BAD IDEA! She gave me Lily or Lilla or something like that. I brought a picture of how I would like my hair cut, not terribly different from current style. I can only say that my hair was butchered. I am inconsolable. it is way too short, way too layered, and when she finished styling I thought she must be kidding because it was no where near the picture. It is my opinion that she has very little prior experience. She was not comfortable washing my hair, cutting my hair or styling my hair. It was a huge catastrophe. I saw other stylists there that probably had more experience ... I should have asked for an experienced stylist. The cut and style cost me $45 and my son and 2 girlfriends only words when they saw me were....I'm Sorry.
