I'd give zero stars if I could. I paid for service, and they were supposed to deliver a receptacle Tuesday...then Wednesday...then Thursday...no can! Each time they told me they had to come in early because of the weather(barely raining and 50-60 degrees). I left 7 messages and on my last message I told them to cancel the service and refund my money. They finally called back, no hello, no We're so sorry we kept promising and not delivering, they said, I need your credit card to refund your money, then signed off sarcastically with "have a great day!" Horrible, horrible, horrible! Anybody else has to be better.

Would give this company zero stars if it was possible. Signed up as a new customer and have had nothing but trouble since we got them. First we were told the wrong day for our trash to be picked up and then when they were actually supposed to come they never did. The reason being that truck blew a tire, which is understandable, but no one ever notified us of the problem. The next week it was not picked up again and upon calling the excuse this time was that they were running behind and the company has 48 hours to pick up the trash. I asked to talk to a supervisor and not only did she do absolutely nothing to help solve the problem, she was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. She tried to insult me instead of fixing the problem and ended by saying that she didn't have to deal with me that she would just send someone to get the trash and provide me with a refund. DO NOT sign up for these people because they will just be nasty to you and want to take your money for no service!

Worst service ever!!! They do not deliver when they are supposed to. When asked why, the only answer you get is "We had a problem". Do yourself a favor and use someone else.
