Meal replacement shakes are delicious. Many different flavors to choose so you don't get tired of the same thing. Also get a tea and aloe shot with shake. I lost over 20 lbs so far in 3 months of substituting either breakfast or lunch instead of fast food. Staff very friendly and informative.
