Dr. HANSEN IS AWESOME!! Once you get past the rude front desk staff. I called on a Tuesday saying I had a tooth keeping up at night and I am unable to eat. The SOONEST they can get me in is 1pm Friday. Sure I can just not eat or sleep for three days. Not to mention...Ashley was very confused. I was put on hold a total of 5 times and then told I would get a call back. Needless to say I did NOT get my call back. I called her back and she was annoyed and when I asked if there was an AM appointment there was no delay in denying the request.

I have never encountered such a poorly run business! When I called to make the allotment the woman on the phone was rude, but it's where my aunt got her dentures so we had to go back since there's a warranty. The appointment was at 4:00, we walked in at 3:55. Several people came after us, and were all seen before us. We were finally called back at 4:46!! Then once in the office we aren't seen for another 15 minutes, and when we were seen it was only for about 5 minutes and they didn't even fix the problem we came in for!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Dr. Hansen is very friendly. ease to trust ,very competent dentist. He works in the Elmore Ave. office. The staff are very friendly and they made my dental work a great experience.
