we had ceramic tile and new carpet installed a couple of years ago by Carpetland of Davenport. During the installation it was a nightmare. The installers broke every piece of corner wood trim in the downstairs bathroom when removing the old carpet. The installer was going to glue the pieces back together to try and hide the damage. I told him to leave it. Our freshly painted wall were scratched when the new carpet was laid down from the carpet rubbing against the paint. Easy fix for us as the paint was new and we still had leftover paint. The guides for the sliding bedroom doors were missing after old carpet removal. The installers left the doors swinging without guides and said there were none when they removed the old carpet. The kitchen tile now needs new grout due to poor installation. For our troubles the manager gave us a $50 credit for our next purchase. Yeah right. Every seam in the carpet can be seen. We are very disappointed with every aspect of this company. Good luck!

This is an incredibly knowledgeable store on carpets, floor coverings, tile and more. The customer service is fantastic and this carpet store really knows their stuff.
