I found my sisters prom dress at davids bridal with help from Anna! Everyone there was amazing and we will for sure go there again!

I found my wedding dress on my first visit to the store and my bridesmaid dresses here on my second visit. My first visit fell on an extremely busy because of the largest sale of the year and I still felt like I got a great amount of attention. Allie was very attentive and quick. She found the perfect dress for me AND it was on sale!



The second time I went to David's Bridal, I had Leslie. She was very informative and helped find flattering bridesmaid dresses. She was very sweet and I know my bridesmaids had a fun time as well. Since I got my dress there, my bridesmaids each received a discount.



Both ladies were easy to work with and I found what I wanted both visits. The store worked well for us because each girl could order their dress whenever they wanted, instead of having to wait for everyone's full payment like some smaller boutiques. Since most of my bridesmaids do not live near me, it helped that we went to a national store, where they could go to their own hometown DB and order their dress on their own time (and help save with shipping costs) or have their dresses directly to their homes.



I definitely would recommend David's Bridal to other brides. Not only do they have a large selection, I felt the staff I interacted with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I called the Davids Bridal in Davenport, Iowa to get some information on a Bridesmaid dress. I spoke with Amanda, and asked her a simple question, she answered it very vaguely, then said ok, and hung up the phone. She didn't wait to see if I understood what she said or if my question was answered to my satisfaction. I also was not finished asking her all of my questions. Very rude and impersonal! I had to call back and was put on hold for almost 5 minutes. They played an annoying, extremely loud radio station on the call waiting system. I am very dissapointed and displeased in this place and would not recommend it to anyone who is planning a wedding. I know they are a very busy place but that is no reason to be so disrespectful over the phone. Unfortunatly, I still have to do business here because this is where my sister picked out her bridesmaid dresses. She lives in Tennessee and I hope the customer service was better there than it is in Iowa.
