When I initially reserved the vehicle, the weather was good. I later extended into snowy weeks and the Sporty Turbo was terrible on ice. The service was outstanding for giving me my vehicles, my iPass responder, and a timely refund.

I booked a car for 9 days through Hertz cause they were cheaper. After asking them about the total costs, NOTHING was mentioned about a deposit even after I had asked about it. I called Hertz to let them know I was running late and confirmed the total and at which time they informed me that in fact there WAS a $200 deposit in addition to the amount I was previously told. I called enterprise on Kimberley and they set me up with a car with a 15 minute notice. When I got to enterprise, all the employees were nice and gave me a free upgrade. They also gave me a lower price than Hertz had given me. I will never rent a car from anyone but Enterprise.
