Bad experience. I had a manicure. It was busy and I expected to wait. The manicure before the polish was fine. The polish was watered down and the technician got it all over my cuticle area and missed spots on the nail. She smudged one of them while painting and, intstead of starting over just smooshed it in- making the nail look lumpy and dented. I almost cried. I did ask her to take it off but she just tried to clean it up a little. I'm a very polite person and won't raise a fuss, so I'll have to repolish myself when I get home-very disappointing.
