Excellent experience...they got me ecactly where I needed to go and handled my problems in an orderly fashion.

They shut my water off on Thursday March 28th knowing it was Good Friday the next day. They claim they sent me a cut off notice which I did not see. They have three phone numbers to call me and they never did. THey say they are not required to. I payed the bill about noon on that Thursday but IA American Water could not turn the water back on because EVERYONE HAD GONE HOME. I asked, "They went home at noon?" I was told, "Well no, but it is the holiday so we can't get anyone there until Monday April 1st." So they stuck me without any water for the entire Easter weekend for $222.89, which I payed on Thursday March 28th. Its a monopoly. Like they care. No one would help me with anything and told me I was basically SOL until Monday April 1st, all for $222.89.
