My wife daughter and myself stopped in for our appointment at 3:30pm on the 24th of December. We all had pedicures, which was nice except for the rush of various team members doing my wife's and daughters manicures. I felt like a was in the middle of NASCAR pit crew. They said they were trying to get done to have their Christmas party. I appreciate the reason,however if you're not going to do a decent job because of time constraints,then don't schedule so close to your party. As the result they didn't remove all the old polish painted over it and then...told my wife it was her natural nail. Here is where I should mention the very same person who stated this, did my wife's nails the time before this and did a very good job. And now my wife has a nail deformity?? Seriously??? We just wanted the two nails, not all ten,just the two.But again she claimed it was because my wife's natural nails where the issue. If you make a mistake,repair it move on. If you didn't,then be able to show the customer the issue,don't fabricate hoping your customers are ignorant. We will NOT be back
