DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My 83 year old grandma was sent here and developed a bed sore within a couple days. Therapist signed off on therapy that they never were doing. we would be waiting for her to go to therapy and after an hour passed we would go check to see where they were and the nurses said therapy was already done and it was never done as we were in the room waiting for. Every person you talked to here has a different story and they are all lies.

I could not believe the tremendous amount of consistent care, compassion, attention, attentiveness, skill, professionalism, patience and sweetness that all the staff members give to their patients. The therapy is unbelievably advanced. The food is plentiful and excellent, and all the patients are treated with the utmost kindness, respect and dignity. I am so glad that my elderly relative went there to recover from hip surgery. In one week, she was ready to fly home and continue rehab there. Thank you Manorcare!
